The food at La Paloma is created by Chef Prasuna Coppini. Prasuna developed her passion for cooking as a child, learning from her mother in Tuscany and then by traveling in different countries refining her expertise in fusing Italian recipes with spices and flavours of other cuisines. The combination of her creativity and passion along with the great team in the kitchen never fail to deliver unique dishes to the table. At La Paloma, we choose to keep the menu small so we can concentrate on offering fresh dishes rather than a larger choice.

Many of our ingredients come directly from Italy, like the Parmesan cheese (made in the original traditional way) or the capers from Pantelleria, in Sicily. The vegetables are locally sourced and organic when possible. Our main courses always include 2 types of pasta (once a week is homemade pasta day), one choice of risotto, two meat dishes – one of them being our famous grass-fed beef steak fillet with balsamic vinegar and thyme sauce (always on the menu) and one fish dish (always fresh). There are always vegan and vegetarian options.

All of the main courses rotate and change weekly.

The night-time cocktail bar offers an extended selection of carefully curated drinks mixed by master Pancho and his team. High quality spirits and various mezcals complete the choice to be enjoyed under the stars. The wine list highlights organic bio-dynamic, natural wines as well as some of the classic Spanish and Italians.
